We developed the D3 Framework and its accompanying tools, utilizing a human-centered approach to drive innovation in humanitarian projects. The process involved a multidisciplinary team, comprising representatives from International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGO), Local Non-Governmental Organizations (LNGO), academia, the private sector, and government agencies. The refined tools, enriched with valuable feedback from a pilot Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop in Borama, are now ready for public use and will be uploaded to Kaya, and accessible to partners and stakeholders.
