Electronic partograph (e-partograph) to improve real-time evidenced-based emergency referral and neonatal and maternal outcomes among refugees and host communities in Moyo district, West Nile region, Uganda. From time immemorial, the paper partograph has been used to monitor labour and has been helpful in improving maternal and neonatal outcomes. With the advancement of technology, innovative ideas have been conceived and digital means have been developed to monitor labor.
