We successfully completed a comprehensive project for Sadar institute in partnership with the European Committee for Training and Agriculture (CEFA) focused on climate-smart agricultural practices tailored for the Somali environment. The project involved two main facets: firstly, mapping out technologies that are climate-resilient and suitable for agriculture in the unique climatic conditions of Somalia; and secondly, carrying out an in-depth cost-benefit analysis for each identified technology to evaluate its financial feasibility and long-term sustainability. This dual approach provided CEFA with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for implementing environmentally sustainable and economically viable agricultural solutions in Somalia.
